SECTION 2: AIRSOFT USE EXCLUSIVITY & SAFETY WARNING

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY DH AIRSOFT MACHINING ARE DESIGNED, MANUFACTURED, AND INTENDED EXCLUSIVELY FOR USE WITH AIRSOFT REPLICAS (SPORTING TOYS/LEISURE EQUIPMENT).

  • Strict Prohibition: Under no circumstances should our products, components, or machined parts be modified, adapted, installed, or used on real firearms, lethal weapons, or any equipment other than compliant airsoft replicas.

  • Limitation of Liability: DH Airsoft Machining accepts absolutely no liability, civil or criminal, for any damages, injuries, losses, mechanical failures, or legal infractions arising from the unauthorized use, misuse, modification, or installation of our components on real firearms or for purposes other than airsoft sports. The buyer assumes all risks and full legal responsibility regarding the safety, usage, and local legality of the parts purchased.

SECTION 3: PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL NATURE

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, finishes, and dimensions of our machined products on the store. However, due to device screen calibrations, actual item appearance may slightly vary. Our products are technical components. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit sales quantities to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 4: ORDERS AND PURCHASES

We reserve the right to accept, modify, or refuse any order at our sole discretion. Your order is not fully accepted until payment is fully processed and we issue a shipping confirmation. Please review your order thoroughly before submission, as we cannot guarantee cancellations once a manufacturing or shipping process has begun. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You agree that your purchases are for personal use or domestic sporting use only, and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

SECTION 5: PRICING AND BILLING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Published prices do not include shipping fees, local customs processing duties, or import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer as detailed in our Shipping Policy. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store. You warrant that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used.

SECTION 6: SHIPPING, RISK, AND DELIVERY

Any delivery timeframes provided by us are non-binding estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, force majeure, or international customs processing. Once the package is officially handed over to the transport carrier, ownership title and the risk of loss or damage transfer entirely to you.

SECTION 7: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included in the Services, such as text, custom machining designs, blueprints, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of DH Airsoft Machining and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted permission to use this site strictly for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of our designs or media is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

SECTION 8: THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

We may provide you with access to optional third-party tools (such as external payment processors or shipping trackers) over which we neither monitor nor have any control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and ”as available” without any warranties or endorsements. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

SECTION 9: RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

DH Airsoft Machining is hosted on Shopify Inc. However, your commercial transaction is exclusively with DH Airsoft Machining. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify has no responsibility or liability for the products, sales, injuries, or losses arising from transactions taking place on this store, and you hereby release Shopify from any claims related to your purchases.

SECTION 10: USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK

If you send us custom product reviews, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us an absolute, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, edit, publish, and distribute those comments across our media channels. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine to be unlawful, offensive, or violating any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

IN NO CASE SHALL DH AIRSOFT MACHINING, OUR EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCUREMENTED USING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY MISUSE OF TECHNICAL COMPONENT PARTS.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless DH Airsoft Machining and our affiliates, partners, contractors, and suppliers harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, your misuse of any products, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain / European Union, under the jurisdiction of the local courts corresponding to the registered address of the Data Controller.
