Refund policy

At DH Airsoft Machining, we take great pride in the precision and quality of our machined components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unused, unmounted, unmodified, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Strict Conditions for Technical & Machined Components
Due to the high-precision nature of our products, we inspect every returned item thoroughly.

No returns or refunds will be accepted for pieces that show any signs of installation, mounting attempts, scratches, tool marks, wear, or alterations of any kind.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected during transit to avoid damage.

3. Exceptions and Custom Items
Standard Products: Eligible for return within the 14-day window if they meet the conditions stated above.

Custom or Modified Items: Any products made to order, customized, or modified according to specific customer requests or blueprints cannot be returned or refunded, as they are manufactured exclusively for you.

Sale Items: Purchases of items on sale or gift cards are final and cannot be returned.

4. Manufacturing Defects, Damages, and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged from transit, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at contact@dhairsoftmachining.com.

If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will handle the issue completely free of charge, providing either a replacement part or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, you must contact us first at contact@dhairsoftmachining.com.

Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a change of mind (withdrawal), the customer is solely responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

We will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the part.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
