Shipping policy
At DH Airsoft Machining, we provide international shipping services to ensure our products can reach you wherever you are located. Below you will find detailed information regarding how we handle our shipments, estimated delivery timeframes, and applicable rates.
1. Processing and Preparation Times
Every order is handled with the utmost care. Barring any force majeure events, the standard processing time required to prepare, package, and clear your order before handing it over to the shipping carrier is 3 to 5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information as soon as your package has been officially dispatched to our carrier.
2. Delivery Windows (Transit Times)
Once the carrier has collected the package from our facilities, the estimated delivery timelines based on the destination region are as follows:
Spain: 2 - 3 business days.
European Union: 1 - 2 weeks.
Rest of the World (Non-EU Countries): 1 - 3 weeks.
Note: These transit times are estimates and take effect from the date the package leaves our facilities. During peak seasonal periods (such as Christmas or Black Friday) or due to unexpected customs inspections, these times may be subject to minor delays.
3. Shipping Rates
We apply flat shipping rates tailored to specific geographical regions to keep your costs transparent:
Spain: €6.50
United States (USA): €10.00
Rest of the World: €8.00
The exact shipping total will be clearly displayed in the checkout window before you finalize your payment.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union (such as the United States and other international territories), shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or local fees levied by the destination country.
Any such additional charges are solely and exclusively the responsibility of the buyer. DH Airsoft Machining has no control over these government regulations nor can we predict their final cost. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office to obtain detailed information prior to purchasing.
5. Delivery Incidents
If a delivery cannot be successfully completed due to inaccurate or incomplete address details provided by the customer, or after multiple failed delivery attempts by the carrier, any additional costs associated with a secondary shipment will be billed to the buyer.
